A unique feature of Apartel is the concealed L-shape sofa bed located in the lounge area, which turns your Apartel suite easily into a twin bedroom property which can comfortably accommodate four people.

Our mission is to give our tenants a luxury living experience with a comfortable bed, great quality in-room smart TVs, Wi-Fi and a fully-equipped contemporary en-suite bathroom with a large double shower. An Apartel development will typically have between 100 and 300 Apartel suites and be in the UK’s main tourist and highdemand cities and towns – London, ‘Spire Cities’ such as Oxford, Cambridge, Bath and York as well as major gateway, urban centres such as Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham, Burnley, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Preston.

Many guests will make use of nearby city centre restaurants and other attractions. We will also offer an attractive and well priced food and beverage service on-site, integrated into the building.

Apartel will be supported by a market-leading on-line booking and reservations service and will be the UK’s first Apartel chain with its own app, letting customers control their rental experience.
